DRAWING ESSENTIALS: SHAPE, VALUE & SPACE

Drawing Essentials is a series of workshops where you will learn the basics of drawing, and work through several lessons to design and draw your very own still life artwork.
Why Shape, Value & Space? Shape (or form) is the basis of most art pieces. Even the most complex objects can be created using basic geometric shapes. Value, the amount of lightness or darkness in a drawing, creates the illusion of light. Space works closely with both of these elements to represent a drawing visually.

Every Monday, we will release a video and exercise on a specific drawing technique that you can practice on your own. On the Friday evening of the same week, there will be a livestream via Zoom to ask questions and share your progress.
