DR. SKINNER’S STRESS BUSTER SESSION
Come enjoy a quick session with Dr. Harvey Skinner to ‘bust stress’. There will be a variety of techniques used, such as mindful breathing, to learn how to effectively cope with stress. This is extremely useful for students who find themselves constantly stressed and unsure on how to relieve it.
