DEDI in Teaching and Learning Workshop

In this workshop, participants will explore various facets of Decolonizing, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (DEDI) as they pertain to teaching and learning. We will discuss the relationships between identity, positionality, and intersectionality and how these manifest within the classroom to influence experiences of both teaching and learning. We will conclude by focusing on intentional class design by discussing various pedagogical strategies that support DEDI in the classroom.
