Connecting to Parts Through Art
In this workshop participants will explore how to connect with different parts of themselves through guided visual art and journaling exercises. Each one of us has an internal system of “parts” that show up to help us navigate through life and to move forward. At times these parts may be in conflict with each other and cause emotional distress. It is helpful to learn about these different parts, how they show up, their needs, etc., to be able to restore a sense of balance. No prior art making or parts work experience is required. All are welcome.
