This course provides an in-depth understanding of situational awareness (SA) and its critical role in personal safety. Participants will learn how to recognize different awareness levels, identify risks, and respond effectively to potential threats. The session covers the impact of stress and distractions on perception, comprehension, and decision-making, using real-world examples and interactive discussions.

Through videos, case studies, and practical exercises, attendees will develop the ability to observe key safety indicators, assess their surroundings, and make informed decisions in various environments such as classrooms, parking lots, offices, and public spaces. The course also highlights campus safety resources and provides actionable strategies for enhancing awareness in everyday life.
