Citizen science and fisheries commons in Brazil and Chile

Allan Iwama Yu, a Brazilian postdoctoral researcher from Los Lagos University in Chile, will speak about his research with Indigenous fisherfolk in coastal Brazil and Chile. Iwama Yu is a Queen Elizabeth Scholar whose research is supported through a project called “Climate justice, commons governance, and ecological economics” directed by FES Professor Ellie Perkins (qesclimatejustice.info.yorku.ca).
