Cinema Politica & OPIRG present MOUG (Waves) Screening & Q+A with Ahmed Nour

Moug (Waves) is a deeply personal hybrid feature that explores revolution in Egypt through a stunning blend of documentary, animation, archival fottage and home movies, Ahmed Nour (award winning film-maker and current CMA MFA candidate) tells the story of himself and his generation, born with the birth of Mubarak’s rule in the early 80’s of the last century, and of his forgotten Suez, the famous city of the canal that became known as “the flame of the Egyptian revolution.”
