Why do some entrepreneurs succeed while others fail? Dr. Maxwell will share his insights based on his award-winning research, much of it from his experience working on the first four seasons of CBC’sDragons’ Den. He will discuss how investment decisions are actually made, the relative importance of the idea versus the entrepreneur, and share insights into the critical role of trust. The session will be of interest to innovators and entrepreneurs, and those working with them.
