Calumet & Stong Colleges Spirit Day Event: Community Mural

York University will be celebrating Spirit Day on October 4, 2023. Spirit Day takes place once a year, during which time the York community is invited to participate in festivities where we celebrate and recognize the people who continue to make this University a success, including our students, faculty and staff.

Community Mural

Collaborating on a mural will establish a sense of pride and ownership within York community members. Participants, guided by a facilitator will work together to contribute to the painting process. The mural will physically transform a public space, showcasing how small and intentional efforts completed in unity can lead to larger impacts on our collective sense of belonging.
