Beginner’s Bodyweight Bootcamp

Do you know that physical activity is associated with increased cognitive and academic performance?

Join Health Education & Promotion for a strength and conditioning bootcamp to get your heart pumping and muscles moving. Open to all levels, our boot camp will be comprised specifically of bodyweight movements that can be done anywhere, anytime, no equipment necessary. We will help you hone your form, teach progressions and help you get stronger.
