A Student’s Guide to Improving Sleep (Online Workshop)

When it comes to the topic of sleep, it seems we can’t get enough. In this workshop will explore the impacts of poor sleep habits on our minds and bodies, and how we can both prioritize our sleep and find practices to optimize whatever amount of sleep you are getting!  

All our online workshops require York University authentication (passport York). Please login into your zoom account prior to clicking the meeting link.
