A Student’s Guide to Improving Sleep

When it comes to the topic of sleep, it seems we can’t get enough.

In this workshop will explore the impacts of poor sleep habits on our minds and bodies, and how we can both prioritize our sleep and find practices to optimize whatever amount of sleep you are getting!
