Understanding the hiring process and what’s important to make your resume stand out can be a challenge…but have no fear, we are here to help! Mark your calendars for 3 p.m. on January 20 because two members of the Campus Talent Acquisition team will be presenting how to get your application noticed by hiring teams and what goes into the application process! During this session, they will cover resume-writing best practices beyond the surface level tips, and what makes an ideal candidate for IBM (hint: work experience is not always the most important detail!)
