45th Annual Biology Symposium: Communication In and Out of Academia

The Association of Graduate Students in the Biological Sciences (AGSBS) is hosting the 45th annual biology symposium on April 5th, 2019. It is a conference event dedicated to helping students develop new skills and perspectives through a variety of academic activities. A central and fundamental aspect of science is communicating findings, discoveries, and ideas not only between scientists, but also from scientists to the general public. This year’s symposium activities will revolve around issues that relate to how we do science and how we transmit that knowledge to develop solutions in the real world. The event is FREE to both graduate and undergraduate students.
