Expressive Arts: Journaling Through Emotions
We welcome you to add this creative self-care activity to your wellness tool kit through the practice of Journaling! The creative process of this journaling art activity promotes mental wellness, supports with stress reduction, and aids emotional expression
Participants will receive a journal and pen as well as access to various materials such as stickers, cardstock paper, markers, crayons, glue, and more.
