Vancouver Student Send-Off

Will you be in Vancouver on July 16? Did you love your York U student days? If yes, we are inviting you to help us welcome and send-off our newest students as they embark on their journey from Vancouver to York U.
Do you remember the summer weeks leading up to your first year at York University? The combination of excitement and anticipation (moving to a new city, meeting new friends…) and nerves and anxiousness (moving to a new city, meeting new friends…). On July 16, we will welcome our 2018 incoming York students and their parents with a fun and casual Vancouver Student Send-Off.
As York U alumni who, at one time, were in the same place they are — you can provide invaluable first-hand experience about what life not only at York but also after York is all about.
This Vancouver Student Send-Off will allow you to:
– Connect with fellow Vancouver-based York U alumni andcurrent students who are home for the summer
– Share your experiences and advice with the newest incoming students from Vancouver heading to York University this fall
