Understanding and Preventing Burnout
Burnout syndrome, more commonly referred to as burnout, can affect anyone regardless of gender, age, and level of professional responsibility. Today, more than ever, we can better understand this insidious phenomenon that causes so much individual and collective imbalance. To promote both employee and company well-being, this workshop highlights the causes and factors of burnout, identifies its physical, psychological, and behavioural symptoms, and develops strategies to address it.
