Third year, fourth year and new graduate students (graduated within the last two years) are invited to join UNIQLO for an exciting networking opportunity to explore the following roles. 

UNIQLO Management Candidate (UMC) program: A fast-track retail management program for new/recent graduates. If you have the capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment and handle challenges with flexibility, this might be a great opportunity for you! As an ideal candidate, you embrace hands-on work and see frontline experience as critical to authentic leadership. You thrive in a changing environment – store transfers, role shifts, and new city assignments are core to your development.  You have an ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business/store, which includes evenings and weekends.

You are ready and able to relocate anywhere across Canada for initial placement and future assignments (relocation support provided). Available to start full-time from February 2027.

Summer Store Internship: In-store retail management summer internship for third and fourth year students. Open to third and fourth year students, currently enrolled. Prior experience in retail is a strong asset As an ideal candidate, you bring a passion for retail, leadership, and business strategy, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. You are ready to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with a commitment to embodying our founding principles of excellence, simplicity, quality, and sustainability.
