Community Safety Week – Tabling at Markham Campus

The Community Safety Department is hosting another Community Safety Week for the Winter Semester here at York University. Through March 17 to March 20, Community Safety Week focuses on promoting safety awareness, fostering community engagement, and providing resources and support to address safety concerns. During this week, a range of activities and workshops are organized to engage students, faculty, and staff members on topics related to personal, community, and environmental safety.

• A few of the events include:
  • Tabling at all three campus locations – to provide more information on the department and tips on how to maintain personal safety
    • Markham – Monday, March 17 11 am- 2pm The Atrium Lobby
