How do you know teaching happens? Winter 2025 Virtual Course for Graduate Students
Throughout this free course, you will have the opportunity to practise and experience different instructional strategies with peers from across the University. Discussion and reflection will centre around the ways in which your instructional strategies are informed by the teaching and learning literature, and the ways you use the strategies intentionally to align with your teaching beliefs and commitments to equity, diversity, decolonization, inclusion and accessibility.
The course will consist of five two-hour synchronous sessions on Thursdays from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., spread between January 16 and March 20, 2025, via Zoom, with an online component between sessions in eClass.
