Events include:
- Dance: Including Mindful Dance, a unique blend of mindfulness and dance with Bollywood, Jazz Funk, or Hip Hop, Afro-Dance, a blend of various West African dances and high-intensity interval training, Contemporary Dance, beginner-friendly dance class where your expression unfolds, Bollywood with the joy of Bollywood dance combined with a full-body workout, and Zumba.
- Skin Care Seminar on connection between diet and skin health, and learn holistic approaches to clearing and preventing acne.
- Yoga & Meditation including Intro to Pranayama , Balanced Yoga, Power Yoga & Yoga Retreat
- Marital Arts including Muay Thai & Jiu Jitsu.
