York Circle Lecture Series: The Pandemic: COVID’s impact on Canada’s health care system
We are happy to announce that the York Circle Lecture Series is back in person! Please join us on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 9am for the York Circle lecture series, with host and moderator Jennifer Steeves, Associate Vice-president research (AVPR).
Hear from two of York’s leading faculty members on interesting topics related to this year’s theme – The Pandemic: COVID’s impact on Canada’s health care system. The first session: A Comprehensive Investigation of the Neuropsychological Consequences of COVID-19, will feature Kristina Gica, Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Health. The second session Building Back Better: Operational Lessons From COVID-19 will feature Adam Diamant, Associate Professor of Operations Management and Information Systems at the Schulich School of Business and York Research Chair in Managing AI-Driven Technologies in Health Care.
The York Circle Lecture Series is open to our community of alumni and friends. Complimentary coffee, light snacks and lunch will be provided.
