Practical Strategies for Grading: Focus on Feedback for Science

Dear all science graduate students and post-docs,

You are all invited to join us for a hands-on workshop, which has been specially designed for graduate students in the Faculty of Science, we will explore practical strategies for providing feedback on student work.

In this context, we will discuss components of positive feedback, different modes of delivery, as well as effective time management. Participants will apply the strategies we discuss to sample assignments and consider how they might apply to their own teaching and grading contexts.
