The Return of the Victorianists: 13th annual VSNY Symposium

The Return of the Victorianists: 13th annual Symposium for the Victorian Studies Network at York

A Zoom event, Oct. 22, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.

The Victorian Studies Network at York (VSNY) is delighted to announce the return of the annual VSNY Symposium on Friday, Oct. 22. The very special program will feature the return of three York alums: Lauren Gillingham (University of Ottawa), Lynn MacKay (Brandon University) and Peter Sinnema (University of Alberta).

Graduate students and faculty from all departments are invited to attend. For 14 years, the VSNY has been connecting researchers and enhancing connections among faculty and graduate students in all fields of Victorian studies. Our goal is to facilitate interdepartmental and interdisciplinary work, to enrich our personal and collective experience of research in the field and to showcase York as a centre for Victorian studies.
