What’s Next? Careers, Credentials, and Growth in Education

Organized by the Faculty of Education Alumni Network (YUEAN), in partnership with the Faculty of Education Students’ Association (FESA), this event will bring together system leaders, faculty representatives, and career professionals to offer practical insight into:

• The current climate in Ontario education and what it means for certification and hiring
• Which AQs and professional development opportunities are most in demand
• Career advancement strategies within and beyond the classroom
• Graduate studies, continuing education, and micro-credentials
• Following brief opening remarks, participants will choose two breakout sessions tailored to their interests, including OCT insights, school board perspectives, career advancement support, and graduate pathways.
