The Mathematics of Deep Neural Networks with Application in Predicting the Spread of Infectious Diseases through Disease-Informed Neural Networks
We’re excited to kick off the Super Spreader Seminar Series (SSSS) fall instalment following our summer break! In the coming months, we will continue to host this series, inviting researchers and field experts to showcase their work across the network.
For our first session of the season, we are thrilled to get things started with Nickson Golooba, who will be presenting on “The Mathematics of Deep Neural Networks with Application in Predicting the Spread of Infectious Diseases through Disease-Informed Neural Networks (DINNs).” We look forward to your attendance on Oct. 31 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. If you’re at York University’s Keele Campus, we invite you to join us at our lab located at the Petrie Science & Engineering Building (PSE), Room 018, 140 Campus Walk. To attend this event virtually, please register here and feel free to share this invitation with your colleagues, networks and other researchers. Kindly refer to the attached poster for more details on the seminar and speaker.
If you have any questions regarding the SSSS and the network, reach out to Nolan Holder, program manager, at nholder@yorku.ca.
Hope to see you there!
