The Certificate in Personal Wellness
This program offers three workshops where participants will learn aspects of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to directly deal with negative thoughts. Participants will also learn about evidence-based strategies such as mindfulness and self-compassion and how to incorporate them into their daily routine. Upon completion of all 3 workshops, participants will receive a certificate. This will be held virtually, and the zoom link will be sent to those who have registered.
