Teaching Kitchen x Diabetes Education Month – Burrito Bowls

Join us for a hands-on cooking class celebrating Diabetes Education Month! Learn how to make delicious and nutritious burrito bowls from scratch, guided by Chef Donna and our registered dietitian, Dahlia.

This interactive experience will teach you how to prepare budget-friendly and balanced meals that support blood sugar management without sacrificing flavour.

Public health nurses will be on-site to share valuable insights into the health benefits of whole foods, portion control, and how lifestyle changes can positively impact diabetes prevention and management. Whether you’re living with diabetes, supporting a loved one, or simply interested in healthier eating, this class is for you!
