Staff Dialogue Courses: Healthy Teams (for non-managers)
Staff Dialogue courses are designed exclusively for non-managers and offer a space to connect, reflect, and learn with peers across the organization. These conversations are grounded in real experiences and shaped by the voices in the room—making each session unique, relevant, and responsive to what matters most right now. With a focus on real-time challenges and peer learning, participants are welcome to attend multiple times, gaining fresh insights and tools each course.
These 90-min courses on Healthy Teams explore what it means to contribute to a positive, supportive, and resilient team culture—no matter your role. Together, we’ll unpack the everyday practices that build trust, foster psychological safety, and strengthen relationships at work. Healthy teams topics are prioritized based on input from a pre-session survey sent to registered participants, ensuring each course is timely and relevant.
