Staff Dialogue Courses: Healthy Teams (for non-managers)

For people managers who want to lead with clarity, empathy, and impact—no matter the challenges they face, these 90-minute courses offer flexible, experiential learning designed to spark meaningful dialogue and provide practical tools about topics related to healthy teams. Each 90-minute course creates space for leaders to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another while exploring practical strategies to strengthen team culture, performance and well-being.

Participants are welcome to attend as many or as few courses as they wish. Healthy teams topics are prioritized based on input from a pre-session survey sent to registered participants, ensuring each course is timely and relevant.

Courses may explore themes and topics such as:

  • Maintaining Trust, Psychological Safety, and Well-being
  • Using Communication and Connection Effectively
  • Being Accountable, Committed, and Generating Results
  • Monitoring and Nurturing Team Dynamics.

Staff Dialogue courses are designed exclusively for non-managers and offer a space to connect, reflect, and learn with peers across the organization. These conversations are grounded in real experiences and shaped by the voices in the room—making each session unique, relevant, and responsive to what matters most right now. With a focus on real-time challenges and peer learning, participants are welcome to attend multiple times, gaining fresh insights and tools each course.

Together, we’ll unpack the everyday practices that build trust, foster psychological safety, and strengthen relationships at work.
