Scholars’ Hub @ Home | Mental Health in the Workplace: Thriving, not just Surviving

Our profession can be a source of fulfillment, but it can also take a toll on our mental well-being. Join York professor Dr. Duygu Biricik Gulseren on July 17 at 12 p.m. where she will introduce the science in this field and will provide essential tips to improve mental health in the workplace. Dr. Gulseren will also discuss the warning signs of burnout and stress, not just for ourselves, but for our colleagues as well.
