Neurodivergence at Work: The benefits and challenges of thinking differently (for non-people managers)
What is neurodivergence? And why does it matter at work? This interactive session answers these questions and many more. Together we will define the concept of neurodivergence, highlight the unique strengths neurodivergent individuals bring, and address the challenges they may face. Participants will be provided with practical tips and strategies to support an inclusive work environment, and learn how embracing neurodiversity can lead to innovation, creativity, and a stronger team dynamic.
