Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW) (IN-PERSON) – July 13, 15 and 17

This 3-day intensive workshop encourages examination of one’s teaching practices with feedback focused on the learning process rather than on the specific lesson content. The ISW engenders participatory learning and community building that can transfer back into the classroom. Participants work collaboratively in a small group setting of 4-5 participants to further develop their teaching effectiveness as they design and lead three 10-minute lessons. Following each, participants receive reflective verbal, written, and video feedback from the other participants who have been learners.

This is a three-day workshop series scheduled for July 13, 15 and 17. Each day will run from 9 am to 4:30 pm in DB 1014.
