Courageous Conversations is a practical, community focused 90-minute workshop designed to help student leaders manage conflict and build confidence and skill in navigating uncomfortable or sensitive interactions with their peers.
Through guided reflection, hands-on dialogue tools, and real world scenarios, participants learn how to listen with empathy, clarify needs, offer supportive options, and set healthy boundaries — all while honouring their own wellbeing.
Grounded in principles of compassion, safety, and shared responsibility, this session equips student leaders to foster respectful, inclusive, and supportive environments across campus.
