Inclusion Week: Managing Conflict as Peer Leaders: Navigating Courageous ConversationsManaging Conflict as Peer Leaders: Navigating Courageous Conversations

Courageous Conversations is a practical, community focused 90-minute workshop designed to help student leaders manage conflict and build confidence and skill in navigating uncomfortable or sensitive interactions with their peers.

Through guided reflection, hands-on dialogue tools, and real world scenarios, participants learn how to listen with empathy, clarify needs, offer supportive options, and set healthy boundaries — all while honouring their own wellbeing.

Grounded in principles of compassion, safety, and shared responsibility, this session equips student leaders to foster respectful, inclusive, and supportive environments across campus. Whether you’re responding to concerns, mediating tensions, or supporting a fellow student, this workshop strengthens your ability to lead with care, clarity, and confidence.
