Inclusion Week: Leading with Purpose: DEDI and Allyship for Student Leaders – Students only
Leading with Purpose: DEDI and Allyship for Student Leaders is an interactive 90-minute online workshop designed to support student leaders in building the skills, self-awareness, and confidence needed to lead with equity, empathy, and accountability. Grounded in the principles of Decolonization, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (DEDI), this session invites participants to reflect on their social location, practice authentic allyship, and explore what it means to show up with courage and care in their communities.
Through scenarios, dialogue, and reflective practice, student leaders will deepen their understanding of how power, identity, and responsibility intersect – and how they can contribute to creating safer, more inclusive, and transformative spaces across campus.
