FREE COOKING CLASS: Teaching Kitchen – Learn how to make Indian chickpea salad

Let’s learn to make a delicious and nutritious Chana Chaat together and explore Indian cuisine and cultural connections. Plus, all attendees will have a chance to win one of two Yu card $10 flex dollars through our exciting raffle with Glendon Students Affairs.

Dietitian Dahlia and a Chef will guide you through each step of preparing this delicious Indian snack, known for its bold spices and nutritious ingredients.

During this in-person event, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations about how to energize your mind by nourishing your body. Together, we’ll explore the health benefits of a plant based diet.
