Do the Work: Intervening on Racism REDDI Session

Please note that we strongly recommend participants attend at least one of the following anti-racism workshops before attending this session: Acknowledging and Addressing Racism; Racial Inclusion; and Employment Equity, The Construction and Maintenance of Systemic Racism. This workshop will be highly participation-based and ask attendees to design strategies and practice tools to intervene in moments of racial discrimination, harassment and microaggressions. Prior familiarity with these concepts is recommended.
