Book Discussion: Skills to Build the Nation: Immigrant Labour Market and Canadian Nationalism

In this talk Soma Chatterjee will discuss her book, Skills to Build the Nation: Immigrant Labour Market and Canadian Nationalism which originated as her doctoral thesis at OISE. She challenges the prevalent understanding of skilled immigrants’ labour market integration in Canada as a public policy problem awaiting training remedial solutions.
