DESCRIPTION:Whether you support or teach students, collaborate across teams, or lead within your department, this 90-minute interactive workshop offers staff, faculty and leaders a welcoming space to build skills that strengthen communication, repair, and connection.\nEven small moments of tension can strain relationships and make repair feel risky. How we respond in these moments often determines whether connection weakens or grows stronger.\nIn this session, we will explore what makes tension feel hard, what’s happening beneath the surface, and how we can interrupt assumptions that get in the way of understanding.
