SUMMARY:Trans Day of Remembrance: Embodied Remembrance
DESCRIPTION:Join us (SexGen and CHREI ) for a gentle trauma-informed yoga session in honour of our bodies, our struggles, our memories and our strengths for Trans Day of Remembrance (TDOR) 2024. This session will invite participants to experience their own body in movement and stillness, acknowledge that whatever our journey our bodies are part of it, and to be present with what is. Participants are invited to do as much or as little of the instructed movements and cues as works for them. All bodies, no matter the shape, size, ability or identity, are welcome and appreciated.
