Johnny Rungtusanatham, Ph.D., is Canada Research Chair in Supply Chain Management (Tier 1) and Professor of Operations Management & Information Systems at the Schulich School of Business, York University. He is a Fellow inductee of the Decision Sciences Institute and is considered one of the top-50 authors of operations and supply chain management research related to quality management, mass customization, and supply chain disruptions and relationships.
